Yes. To participate in the NHL^® Hockey Cards promotion, you must register on the Tims^® at Home website (https://www.timsathomepromotion.ca/register), even if you are already a Tims^® Rewards member. Registration is required to upload your retailer receipts. Registration is open from October 6 to November 20, 2025, as outlined in the full Contest Rules.

This promotion is part of the broader Tim Hortons^® NHL^® Hockey Card campaign but is run separately from the in-restaurant contest. While the cards available through this Tims^® at Home promotion are part of the same 2025 Hockey Card collection, they are earned by purchasing eligible Tims^® at Home products from participating retailers and submitting your receipts online.
You can participate in both the in-restaurant and at-home promotions to collect more cards—just note that each has its own rules, timelines, and methods of participation.

You must first register on the Tims^® at Home promotion website (https://www.timsathomepromotion.ca/register) before uploading a retailer receipt. Even if you are already a Tims^® Rewards member, you must complete a separate registration for this promotion.

Eligible products must be purchased from a participating retail store or the retailer’s own website or app. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or delivery platforms are not eligible.

You need 2 credits to earn one Hockey Card offer:

• Each eligible Tims^® Hot Chocolate product = 2 credits
• Each eligible Tims^® Soup or Chili product = 1 credit

You can mix and match eligible products to reach 2 credits. Extra credits earned will carry over toward your next reward, as long as you haven’t reached the maximum number of packs Hockey Card offers. Each Hockey Card offer can be redeemed at participating restaurants for 1 Hockey Card pack OR 1 eligible donut.

Yes. If your receipt includes multiple eligible products from a participating retailer, you’ll receive credits for all qualifying items on that receipt, up to a maximum of 40 credits.

Each receipt must be submitted individually. Submissions that include more than one receipt will be declined. Please upload one retailer receipt per submission through the contest website (https://timsathomepromotion.ca).

After uploading your receipt, you’ll see a confirmation number on the website and receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder for a message from support@timsathomepromotion.ca. You can also log into your account and check the status of your submission(s) on your profile page.

You must upload a PDF of your delivery or pickup confirmation. Your file must clearly show the following:

• Your full name
• Retailer name
• Date and time of transaction
• Eligible Tims^® at Home products (name, quantity, and price)
• Subtotal and total amounts

Note: Screenshots and order confirmation emails will not be accepted

Your submission will be reviewed and either approved or declined:

• If approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a second email with a link to claim your reward.
• If declined, you’ll receive an email explaining the issue, and you may be able to resubmit after correcting it.

Please allow up to two business days for your submission to be reviewed.

If you already have the Tim Hortons app:

• Open the Tim Hortons app and make sure you're signed in to your account.
• Copy the voucher code in this email
• Return to the Tim Hortons app and click the large 'Rewards' tile in the second row of your home page
• Scroll down the page and paste your code under ‘Enter your Promo Code’.
• Submit your code and the offer will be added to your app.

Yes. Log in at https://timsathomepromotion.ca/login and go to your profile. Under the “Rewards Earned” section, click the “Resend” link to send the original reward email again.

The promotion begins on October 6, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. ET. You may start making eligible purchases and submitting receipts from this date.

The last day to make an eligible purchase is November 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
The last day to submit your receipt is November 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

To use your offer, you must activate the offer in your app. Once activated, scan for Tims Rewards (or order through the app) and your offer will be redeemed towards your purchase of either a Hockey Card pack OR 1 eligible donut at participating restaurants

Your offer will be redeemed for the higher value item in your purchase. For example, excluding applicable taxes, a Hockey Card pack (without the purchase of a beverage) is $1.99 CAD, while a classic donut is typically $1.69 CAD (although prices may vary across Canada). So, in this hypothetical example, if you had ordered a Hockey Card pack and a classic donut, the offer would apply to the Hockey Card pack.
