Yes, in order to participate in Roll Up To Win, you must register on the Tims at
Home contest website (timsathomepromotion.ca).
Registration is
necessary in order to upload your retailer receipt. Registration is
open during the digital roll Period (Feb 24 - Mar 23, 2025), as defined in the
full Contest
Rules.
This is the same contest with a new way of earning digital rolls! Note, you are
only able to earn digital rolls when you make an eligible Tims at Home purchase.

Please refer to our list of eligible
products. To be eligible, these products
must also be purchased from a participating retailer.
Please note the following exclusions: Tim Cards®, Tim Card® reloads, Tim Hortons® restaurant food or drinks and Tim Hortons® non-consumable items such as mugs, travel mugs, ornaments, clothing, etc. are all excluded from qualifying you for digital rolls.

You do not need to make a purchase to enter and play, alternate mail-in methods
of entry are also available. You may send a free roll request if you want to
collect digital rolls without making an eligible purchase. Terms, conditions and

Each eligible Tims at Home product purchased from a participating retailer
qualifies you for 3 digital rolls. The digital rolls will be emailed to you
via a link. If you have the latest version of the Tim Hortons app installed, the
links
to your digital rolls will open directly in the Tim Hortons app. See question 16
below
for how to reveal the digital rolls.
There is no limit on the number of digital rolls you can earn through the
purchase of eligible Tims at Home products. For details, please see the full Contest
Rules.

retail store and
Tim Hortons® restaurants.

You can also earn digital rolls when
you purchase eligible
Tims at Home Products through the applicable participating retailer’s direct
website or app. However, only the retailer’s website or app will qualify,
online purchases made on third-party platforms or marketplaces are not eligible
purchases.
Nope! When you purchase an eligible Tims at Home product from a Tim Hortons
restaurant, 3 digital rolls will be automatically added to your account so long
as you've done one of the following things:
If you place an eligible purchase with any other participating retailer (e.g. at a grocery store or authorized online retailer), you must register (or be registered) on the Tims at Home contest website and submit a retailer receipt. If you are eligible, you will be emailed links to the digital rolls.
- Scanned your Tims Rewards QR code in the Tim Hortons app before paying for your order.
- Scanned for Tims Rewards using a physical Tims Rewards card before paying for your order.
- Ordered through the Tim Hortons app.
- Used Scan & Pay to pay for your order.

Yes, every eligible Tims at Home product you purchase from a participating
retailer qualifies you for 3 digital rolls. For example, if you purchase
four eligible Tims at Home products in a single transaction, you will qualify
for 12 digital rolls.
Each time you upload a retailer receipt, you’ll receive a confirmation number
both on the Tims at Home website (https://www.timsathomepromotion.ca)
and by email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam
or junk
folders (or any other folder that your email provider may have automatically set
up within your account) for an email from support@timsathomepromotion.ca. You
can also visit the Tims at Home website (https://www.timsathomepromotion.ca)
and
check the status of your submission(s) by logging in and navigating to your
profile page.
You must upload a PDF file of your order delivery or pickup confirmation
record. Be sure your submission includes the following information and that all
details match those used for your registration details used at the Tims at Home
Website (https://www.timsathomepromotion.ca):
- Your full name
- Your residential/delivery address
- Retailer name
- Transaction date & time
- Tims® at Home product(s) purchased (price, quantity and description must be
- included)
- Transaction sub-total and total dollar amounts
The submission will be reviewed and will either be approved or declined. If your
request qualifies and is approved, you will be notified by email. Keep your
retailer receipt until you receive an email with your digital rolls, then follow
the instructions available in the full Contest
Rules to
redeem your digital rolls in the Tim Hortons app.
Once a submission has been reviewed and deemed valid, you will receive an email
from support@timsathomepromotion.ca
confirming the number of digital rolls you
qualify for. After that, another email will arrive that includes a link for
each digital roll you earned. Please allow up to two business days from the time
of submission to receive these messages.

- Simply tap on the link(s) at the bottom of this email—your rolls will be automatically transferred to your account in the app. Please note, this can only be done on a mobile device.
- Then, reveal your rolls in the app to see if you’ve won!
- Download the app
- Then, select “Join now” and create a Tims Rewards account.
- Next, verify your account by following the link that we’ll email to you.
- Return to this email and tap on the link(s) below. The rolls will be automatically added to your account in the app. Please note, this can only be done on a mobile device.
- Then, reveal your rolls in the app to see if you’ve won!
If you lose the email with your digital rolls, login at
https://www.timsathomepromotion.ca
and visit your profile page. There you will find
an option to resend each original digital rolls email to yourself. Scroll to the
“Rolls Earned” table to find the “Resend” link.
The first day that you can purchase eligible Tims® at Home products
and make an
eligible submission to qualify for digital rolls is February 24, 2025, at
12:00:00 AM (ET).
The last day to make an eligible purchase and submit your retailer receipt to
qualify for digital rolls is March 23, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM (ET).
