You can earn digital rolls when you purchase eligible Tims at Home products from participating retailers or from TimShop.ca. The full list of eligible Tims at Home products is available here. Also, you can earn digital rolls when you purchase an eligible TimShop.ca product on TimShop.ca during the purchase period.
Yes, you can buy eligible Tims at Home from TimShop.ca in order to receive digital rolls.
Eligible Tims at Home products and all others products available on TimShop.ca are eligible to earn digital rolls, except charitable donation products, hockey trading cards packs, hockey cards binders.
To receive digital rolls in connection with a purchase from TimShop.ca, you will have to upload a picture of the packing slip you received in your delivery as proof of purchase. Please note that the digital email receipt sent to you will NOT be accepted as proof of purchase. For more details, please see the full Official Contest Rules and Regulations.

Please note that you must use a mobile device to transfer your rolls to Tim Hortons app.
If you already have the Tim Hortons app:
- Simply tap on the link(s) in your email—your rolls will be automatically transferred to your account in the app.
- Then, reveal your rolls in the app to see if you've won!
If you don’t have the Tim Hortons app:
- You can download it here
- Then, select "Join now" and create a Tims Rewards account.
- Next, verify your account by following the link that we'll email to you.
- Return to this email and tap on the link(s) below. The rolls will be automatically added to your account in the app.
- Then, reveal your rolls in the app to see if you've won!
You must reveal your digital rolls before April 3, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. ET. After this date, all the digital rolls will expire.
You can find eligible Tims at Home products at any participating retail store (see here for the full list of participating retailers) and on TimShop.ca.
Please note that you cannot earn digital rolls if you purchase Tims at Home products through a third-party grocery delivery service (even if the items are purchased from a participating retailer).
Yes, every eligible product in your proof of purchase will qualify you for three (3) digital rolls. However, you can only receive up to a total maximum of ninety (90) rolls per person, per phone number throughout the contest period.
If you upload more than one proof of purchase document in a single submission, only the first document will be reviewed. You must submit each eligible proof of purchase as a separate submission.
Each time you upload a proof of purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation number both on the website and through email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders (or any other folder that your email provider may have automatically set up within your account). You can also log in to your profile and check the status of your receipt submission.
You must upload a PDF file of your order delivery or pick-up confirmation record. Be sure your document includes the following information:
- Your name and email (matching your promotion registration details)
- Retailer name
- Transaction date & time
- Tims at Home products purchased (price, quantity and description)
- Transaction subtotal and total dollar amount
NOTE: Order confirmation records and screenshots will NOT be accepted as proof of purchase.
You must upload a PDF file of your email displaying the participating retailer's email address as the sender and the same email address you used to register for the program as the receiver's email address. Along with this, you must upload a PDF file of your full receipt displaying the below information:
- Retailer name
- Transaction date & time
- Tims at Home products purchased (price, quantity and description)
- Transaction subtotal and total dollar amount
Please note that email receipts for purchases on TimShop.ca will not be accepted as proof of payment. Please upload an image of the packing slip you received in the mail for your TimShop.ca order.
The proof of purchase will be reviewed and will either be approved or declined. If your request qualifies, keep your proof of purchase until you receive your digital roll(s) via email.
Once a submission has been reviewed and deemed valid, you will receive an email. Following that, another email will arrive that includes link(s) to access your digital rolls. Please allow up to three (3) business days from the time of submission to receive these messages.
You will get three (3) digital rolls for every one (1) eligible product purchased from a participating retailer during the promotion purchase period. There is a total limit of ninety (90) digital rolls per person and per phone number. A person may only include one (1) proof of purchase per submission and use only one (1) email address and one (1) phone number to participate.

If you lose the email with your digital roll details, please visit your profile to resend the link(s) to your email. On your profile, scroll to the "digital rolls earned" table to find the "Resend" link. digital rolls will not resent if you have already added the digital rolls to your Rewards account.
The last day that you can purchase eligible Tims at Home products or eligible TimShop.ca products is March 22, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM (ET).
The last day to submit your proof of purchase to earn digital rolls is March 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM (ET).
You must reveal your digital rolls before April 3, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. ET. After this date, all the digital rolls will expire.

The ONLY way to earn digital rolls when you buy Tims at Home products or merchandise at the Tim Hortons Restaurant is by scanning for Tims Rewards at the time of your purchase. Your digital rolls will be automatically added to your Tims Rewards account.
Receipts from Tim Hortons restaurant should not be uploaded and will not be approved.
Once you have added the digital rolls to your Tims Rewards account, they cannot be transferred to a different account. digital rolls are non-transferable and tied to your registered account.
For printed receipts obtained in store, the receipts must be in JPEG, PNG or HEIC format. If it is an online purchase or an emailed receipt for an in-store purchase it must be in PDF format. Note that screenshots are not accepted.
