Note the below exclusions: Tim Cards®, Tim Card® reloads, Tim Hortons® restaurant food or drinks and Tim Hortons® non-consumable items such as mugs, travel mugs, ornaments, clothing, etc. are all excluded from this offer.

Once your proof of purchase has been approved, you’ll receive an email with the subject line: 2024 Tims® at Home Holiday Promotion – Congrats! You’ve earned a $15 Digital Tim Card®!
Click the “Claim” button included in that email, which will take you to a page displaying your Tim Card® with barcode, card number, and PIN. You can either print that page, display it on your smartphone when paying at your nearest Tim Hortons® restaurant or add it to your existing Tims® Reward account using the Tims® mobile app. See Offer Terms and Conditions for more details.

You can find Tims® at Home products at a participating retail store, Tim Hortons® restaurant, or authorized online retailer.

Yes, your $40 (pre-tax & before the application of discounts or coupons) of qualifying Tims® at Home products must be made in a single transaction. All purchases must be made during the offer period (November 1, 2024, at 12:00:00 AM (ET) to January 5, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM (ET)).

Yes, every $40 (pre-tax & before the application of discounts or coupons) spent on qualifying products will earn you a Tim Card®, up to a maximum of five (5). For example, if you spend $80 before tax and after the application of any coupons or discounts in a single transaction, you will qualify for two (2) Tim Cards®.

If you upload more than one proof of purchase document in a single submission, only the first document will be reviewed. You must submit each eligible proof of purchase as a separate submission.

Each time you upload a proof of purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation number both on the website and through email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders (or any other folder that your email provider may have automatically set up within your account). You can also visit the offer website and check the status of your Tim Card® requests by logging in and navigating to your profile.

You must upload a PDF file of your order delivery or pick-up confirmation record. Be sure your document includes the following information:
  • Your name (matching your promotion registration details)
  • Your delivery address (matching your promotion registration details)
  • Retailer name
  • Transaction date & time
  • Tims® at Home products purchased (price, quantity and description)
  • Transaction subtotal and total dollar amount
NOTE: Order confirmation records and screenshots will NOT be accepted as proof of purchase.

The proof of purchase will be reviewed and will either be approved or declined. If your request qualifies, keep your proof of purchase until you receive your $15 Digital Tim Card® via email.

Once a submission has been reviewed and deemed valid, you will receive an email. Following that, another email will arrive that includes a “Claim” button with a link for your $15 Digital Tim Card®. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time of submission to receive these messages.

There is a limit of five (5) $15 Digital Tim Cards® per person and per household. A person may only include one (1) proof of purchase per submission and use only one (1) email address and one (1) mailing address to participate.

If you lose the email with your Tim Card® details, please visit your profile to resend the code to your email. On your profile, scroll to the “Rewards Received” table to find the “Resend” link.

The last day that you can purchase participating Tims® at Home products for an eligible submission is January 5, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM (ET).

The last day to submit your proof of purchase to qualify for the offer is January 12, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM (ET).

You are eligible to receive a $15.00 CAD Digital Tim Card® (the “Reward”), redeemable at any Tim Hortons® restaurant in Canada (see full terms and conditions for details) for every $40.00 of eligible purchases submitted, up to a limit of 5 Rewards per person and per residential address. Limit of 1 receipt per submission. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses, and commercial/non-commercial entities cannot participate.
